We only offer single-tiered cakes with two to four custom layers - not multi-tiered or stacked-cakes that are placed on top of one another. We do not offer cakes that are covered or fully decorated in fondant. Below is a reference for the sizes we offer and how they can be cut into servings.

Our cakes are one of a kind, just like the look and feel of your celebration. We have a variety of finishing ideas with the use of our classically-made, real-butter buttercream, cream cheese, or vegan frostings.

This is a just sampling of our more than 200 cake flavors we have developed and crafted over the decade of being in business. Most all of our recipes can be customized to be gluten free, vegan, dairy free, dye free, and all of our desserts are free of peanuts and tree nuts.

Terms & Conditions
Mili's Sweets is a boutique-sized, custom-order catering business. We do not have a retail location with doors open to the public. We rent a commercial kitchen and do not carry an inventory. Products and services are based on our availability. We take on a limited number of orders, to maintain the highest level of quality, time, and attention each of our customers deserve - regardless of the size of a final order. We service orders as small as a single minimum order, up to hundreds of servings per event. We provide first-come, first-booked and served, for regular and catering orders, based on our work and family-life schedule.
Payment and refund terms are always outlined on the finalized invoice and confirmation, and are agreed to by both the client/customer and the vendor/Mili's Sweets or Glorified Hobby.
Mili is always available for free, text-anytime, or scheduled phone call consultations.

REGULAR CUSTOM ORDERS
Regular/non-catering custom order availability is based on how booked we are. We tend to be booked at least a month in advance. Orders are confirmed onto our schedule, once paid in-full. Changes and adjustments to the products and services on regular orders can be made two weeks/14 days in advance of fulfillment. Before this date, items can be removed for a partial refund; items can be added with the remaining balance due at that time; or orders can be canceled for a full refund, issued via the original payment method. |
CUSTOM CATERING ORDERS
Custom catering orders for events and dessert table set-up require a two month notice and are confirmed onto our schedule once booked/paid in-full. Estimates are provided upon request. Pricing may be subject to change, and is honored for up to three months from the estimate-document origination date. Once ready to place a custom order, an invoice and confirmation document would be sent for booking. Pricing is set once booked. Changes and adjustments to the products and services on catering orders can be made up to 30 days in advance of fulfillment. Before this date, items can be removed for a partial refund; items can be added with the remaining balance due at that time; or orders can be canceled for a full refund within this timeframe. After the one month advance-notice for making any changes, orders will not be refunded if cancelled. As a caterer, Mili's Sweets is a service. Gratuity is appreciated. However, tax and gratuity are not a factor on invoices. |
Tasting / Sampling Opportunities

To taste-and-see Mili's work without a custom order, you can reserve from our monthly set menu for curbside pick-up or free delivery in San Marcos.
Reimbursed sampling/tasting packages are not available for regular/non-catering orders valued at less than $300. |
All tasting opportunities are available from ordering our monthly curbside pick-up menu.
If you would like to try items that are not on our set menu, let us know, and we will do our best to provide what you would like, if we have your request(s) on-hand as extras from orders we're fulfilling at that time. Custom flavors require a custom order. Catering-tastings end up as free to the client, when a single $24 reimbursement is made to a finalized invoice and confirmation contract, when a minimum of $300 for Mili's Sweets products and/or services will be fulfilled. |
