Here's the process for booking:
Step 1: Visit our full menu, for a list of our custom products, services, plus terms and conditions, to be sure Mili's Sweets is the right fit for you. From there, contact Mili directly via email or work cell, with what you have in mind, along with your date, and location/venue for fulfillment. Mili will follow up to confirm our availability.
Step 2: If we are a fit and available, we can work out a date and time for Mili to give you a call for an initial phone consultation. The follow-up to our call would be a first-draft, no-obligation estimate. More than half of our wedding clients are out of town or out of state. If you can be in-town for one of our tasting opportunities, it's so nice to taste and see our work with a "choose your tasting" packages, with curbside pick-up ten months out of the year. Step 3: If you decide to choose Mili's Sweets, you would follow-up and request to receive to an invoice and confirmation document to place and purchase your order. Once your order is paid in full, it is confirmed and onto our schedule. We are a first-booked, first served caterer, and do not work in deposits. You have one month before the fulfillment date to make any adjustments to your order, including cancelling for a full refund. |
