Individual Mini/"Smash" Cake (add-on only)
Two standard size cupcakes are stacked and decorated into a very tiny, individual cake. (A knife cannot cut this one my friends. This is great two share with one or two forks!) This option is only offered as an add-on, with any single minimum cake or cupcake order of the same flavor recipe(s).

Our desserts are always completely free of peanuts and tree nuts. Ingredients include organic fruits/veggies, pure vanilla, and house-made reductions. Some ingredients are seasonal.

Want to add one of our signature heart-cut strawberries onto your order of Cheesecake Bars or Cupcakes? How about a couple of different fresh berries onto an order of Lemon Bars? We only charge our cost for running to the store to purchase a package of the freshest fruit, the day before your order fulfillment, not our additional time or labor.

We offer service options to include free scheduled pick-up at the parking lot of our San Marcos kitchen facility, delivery-only service, or full catering services. NOTES, TERMS & CONDITIONS (HOW THIS WORKS)

Mili's Sweets is a boutique-sized, custom-order dessert catering business. We do not have a retail location. We rent a commercial kitchen that is closed to the public. We do not carry an inventory as a bakery would. Products and services are based on our availability.

We are a first-booked, first-served services-vendor, taking on a limited number of orders to maintain the highest level of quality, time and attention that we believe each of our customers deserve. We service orders as small as a single minimum order, up to hundreds of servings per event. We are booked at least one month in advance - typically more. 


Mili offers free phone consultations that are scheduled in advance. We are always available via email, with office hours to reply on Mondays and Tuesdays, or anytime via text. 

Estimate documents are provided upon request and are without obligation. Pricing is subject to change, and honored up until the estimate document date has expired (typically two weeks from the origination date). Once ready to place a custom order, the client would request an invoice and confirmation document to book the order, so that payment can be processed.* 

Orders are set and onto our schedule once paid in-full. We do not accept or work with deposits. Terms and conditions, along with details for payments and refunds are clearly stated on all documents, and are agreed to by both the client/customer and the vendor/Mili's Sweets.

Changes and adjustments to the products and services on invoices and confirmation documents can be made as many times as the client chooses, through the order finalization date. For catering, this date is one month before the order fulfillment date. Before the finalization date, details can be changed, items can be removed for a partial refund at that time, and items can be added added with any remaining balance due at that time. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (minus any processing fees assessed by the client's payment choice) before the finalization date. 


Orders are to be fulfilled per the details noted on the finalized invoice and confirmation document. If specific flavors or cake/dessert decorating details for a client's booked-order are not specified/chosen by the client within their finalization date, or after their finalization date has passed, we/the caterer and vendor, will select and decide these particular details on behalf of the client. Orders cancelled after the finalization date will not be refunded.
*We offer clients the convenience to pay for invoices by or before invoice due-dates, in whatever method is most convenient to them, with the exceptions of Venmo, or Cash-On-Delivery, noting that we can no longer accept PayPal. We do accept cash, check, or Venmo when tipping. We do not charge tax on our catering products or services. 

Mili's Sweets pays up to 3.5% plus additional fees per transaction payment. This fee is automatically deducted from payments made to us, with the total depending on the payment processing company chosen by the customer. Fees are not charged on our invoices. Payment processes loss is absorbed by our small business, and is reflected in the current pricing adjustments made to the costs of our products and services. 

TASTING & SAMPLING OPPORTUNITIES 

​To taste-and-see Mili's Sweets work without a custom order, you can reserve from menu for curbside pick-up.
​
Our set menus are offered for several months out of the year. Because of demand, it is not possible for us to provide custom tastings, or tasting dates other than the scheduled curbside pickups, or sample custom recipes without a custom order.

The value of a single sampling/tasting package ($24) is reimbursed onto finalized catering orders when dessert products only (not additional service costs) are valued at $300 or more. ​

GRATUITY 

As a caterer, Mili's Sweets is a service. Gratuity for services is entirely up to customer discretion. We accept and greatly appreciate tips. Please note that tax, tip, and service fees are not included on our invoicing.

If you are leaving us a written thank you note, with our without a monetary addition, we really want to receive it! Please be sure to hand your envelope to Mili's Sweets directly, so that we can have what you intended for us. (Thank you!)
